BlueJeans for Facebook Live: How Much Does it Cost?

Anytime a company introduces a new product to the market, certain questions immediately spring up-- What does it do? How does it work? And inevitably how much does it cost?

As you may have heard, BlueJeans recently introduced an amazing, first-of-its-kind service that takes Facebook Live up a level by enabling many-to-many broadcasting capabilities through the social network. This translates to an incredibly interactive and engaging community experience that is not dependent on a single location or fancy hookups to connect people all over the world.

And since the start of its beta period, we’ve been consistently delighted and humbled by the overwhelming interest in BlueJeans for Facebook Live and the truly unique broadcasts it is inspiring. In the spirit of continuing to work closely with this community, one at the forefront of social marketing, we want to openly address questions about our pricing after the beta period concludes.

The BlueJeans team would like to make it clear that we are committed to offering pricing that is accessible for companies of all sizes. We built this technology with the vision that it will offer a brand new way for social marketers and social broadcasters to connect with their audiences. The uses are exceeding our original expectations, ranging from personal broadcasts like cooking shows to highly-organized product launches and corporate events with professional production requirements. This demonstrates to us that pricing cannot be one-size-fits-all and must be tailored to meet these differing needs, including those of small-business professionals.

 

We will continue to offer the service for free throughout the beta period and encourage you to provide us with your feedback so that we can learn and grow together. You can submit feedback to facebook-live@bluejeans.com over the coming weeks as we determine the final pricing structure that we feel will best serve the majority of you. In the meantime, we hope you will continue to use the product in new ways to better serve your customers, employees, company, and brand.
